Sunday Evening

• 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday evening in the studio – Meet and Greet with wine, cheese and crackers as well as tea and coffee. A time of sharing and getting to know each other and setting up the studio for the week. Be prepared to choose which locations you would like to visit and paint. Monday to Thursday

• Meet at studio at 9:00 am each morning.  From approximately 9:00 am to 4:00 pm  we paint on location. Our schedule each day is flexible as outdoor activities depend on the weather. There will be discussion each morning with all participants as to where we go to paint and at what time we head out.
• As we paint outdoors each day, all participants should bring their own lunch and drinks to the location so we can continue painting for the entire day.
• Some people go back to the studio in the afternoon to paint and visit. Many people come back in the evenings to paint and enjoy each other’s company. We are allowed to paint until 9:00 pm in the studio in the evenings. Coffee and tea are provided in the studio at all times.

On Thursday evenings we usually have a pizza and wine night out by the fire-pit by the river. Please bring your own wine or beverage of choice. If the weather doesn’t permit this, we enjoy our evening up in the studio space. This is a time to visit and to get to know one another. It is always delightful.

Friday

• On our last morning, we have the studio from 9:00 am to Noon. We paint in studio in the morning, sometimes have a critique, then break down the studio and tables.

Reminder: access to the studio is up a flight of stairs with no elevator available.
