Registration & Fees

In the past, our retreats have been limited to 18 participants per week, with spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you’re interested in receiving updates about our next retreat—tentatively scheduled for May 2026—please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when registration opens for September.

Retreat Fees

For 2026 our fees are:

  • $125 CAD per week for participating painters

  • $25 CAD per week for non-painting partners

Please note: Accommodation is not included in the retreat fee.

Required Forms & Policies

All participants are required to review and sign the following prior to attending:

  • Waiver of Liability

  • Photo Release Form

  • Mutual Respect Policy

Cancellation Policy

Currently under review

  • Retreat registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Accommodation refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual accommodation provider.
